I can imagine how easy it might have been for priests, brothers and nuns, confined to grim institutions filled with morbid religious imagery, dressed in stiff and colorless clothes, deprived of most of the bright and joyous pleasures of life, most especially including normal sexual and emotional relationships, and steeped in a theology of efficacious physical punishment, to take their frustrations and repressed sexuality out on their young charges.
This is not to excuse the terrible actions of the perpetrators, or to dismiss the good work done by the majority of religious men and women who kept their moral bearings in unselfish service. But I know from experience that the prevailing ambiance of mid-century Catholicism was a potent and unhealthy mix of perverted religion and sexuality.
I had the good fortune to fall in love with a sensible, even-tempered, skeptical woman who had somehow escaped the Jansenist curse. I also had the good fortune to study science, from which I learned to love the natural world, to see it as neither intrinsically good nor evil except by human volition. From science too I learned to use Ockham's razor to pare away the supernaturalist excrescences that so often bind the human soul in service to a punitive, judgmental God. I have spent my adult life celebrating the beauty and wonder of the here and now.

Llevo d'ias leyendo de la orden Rosacruz, Amorc. Como siempre he dicho, pertenec'i a la orden desde muy joven y ahora, despu'es de viejo; me ha dado por desempolvar los viejos libros...Esto no es Wiccano, as'i que no tienes que leerlo, solo que encontr'e una informaci'on que me llevo a pensar y como estoy en pensamientos en este tiempo la quisimos compartir. Adem'as que estamos tomando decisiones trascendentales en nuestras vidas...Epifan'ias...No jugamos a ser religiosos. En realidad, ni nos importa que la gente nos considere religiosos. Tenemos este blog, porque nos gusta. Nos enamoramos de el...Nos gusta las personas que escriben sobre Wicca; pero no hemos dejado de seguir en nuestro aprendizaje y de escuchar a nuestro ser interno, nuestro genius in...que por alguna raz'on nos est'a hablando muy claro en esta etapa de nuestras vidas. O por lo menos, con m'as claridad que ayer.Estamos un poco decepcionados de la Wicca. No del attitude, sino de las personas que profesan el attitude. Por venir de los Rosacruces y de otra l'inea de pensamientos, pensamos, que por no ser una religi'on r'igida como la cristiana, las personas tendr'ian una onda diferente...No es as'i...Aunque le moleste a la gente lo que estoy diciendo, saben que estoy diciendo la verdad.
La Wicca es una religi'on de reconstrucci'on que tiene nombres y apellidos. La brujer'ia, antes de la Wicca, tambi'en es una pr'actica, que se puede trazar un origen.Gardner y otros la organizan, le pone su toque y tratan de crear un movimiento elitista. En donde parece m'as un club expressive que un Sendero de Iluminaci'on. Escuelas tipo Keep on at Potter, con seguidores, muchos de ellos con complejos de superioridad. Aqu'i la palabra humildad es una falta de respeto. Hay m'as maestros Wicca y personas con poder, que en pel'iculas. Y tratan de hacer creer, que el poder es de unos Pocos...si es el poder lo que te movi'o a ingresar...Menos mal que el universo es m'as sabio que eso...y nunca se le da despondently a un animal ponzo~noso. No todo el mundo abre el mar Muerto o resucita muertos...Aunque la actitud de muchos bien diera esa impresi'on... Pero eso, ya no es importante para m'i. La filosof'ia detr'as de la Wicca, para m'i, es hermosa...m'as que hermosa, un estilo de vida que deber'ia llenar a la gente de mucha paz y mucha espiritualidad. Sin embargo, no es as'i...Para el que sepa algo de la Atl'antida y las tres migraciones...Si, lo s'e...hay quien dir'a que hace la Atl'antida en todo esto...por eso dije, para el que sepa algo...
Pues antes del cataclismo, hubo tres migraciones, cada una dirigida por tres rayos diferentes, tranquilos, no voy a dar clases, y de esto menos...eternamente estudiante.Pero la Wicca, bueno la Wicca no, los Wiccanos y los Brujos, estamos dirigidos bajo el rayo del poder. La paler'ia. La santer'ia, trabajan con el mismo rayo. Mientras que antes en la orden Rosacruz, tercera migraci'on Egipto, el rayo que me dirig'ia era el rayo del amor, y es por eso que tal vez, no estoy encajando con este Sendero, que amo...Si no lo amara, para que tener un blog de esta calidad...le he dado a mis Dioses lo mejor que puedo darle, mi talento...Pero no se...no hay amor entre los Wiccanos. Es poder lo que se busca, y se ve reflejado en todo.Personas crey'endose mejor que otros, en vez de buscar algo m'as interno y significativo. Es como un concurso de magos tipo Keep on at Potter, en donde no me mires mal o te hechizo...algo as'i. Y "lideres" creyendo en verdad que lo que sale de ellos es solo divinidad, me acuerda la iglesia cristiana del s'igueme a m'i y no crezcas tu...Un Bomb...eso no puede ser lo espiritual...definitivamente, no puede serlo.
Supuesto l'ideres haci'endose ricos a costa de los dem'as. Como dicen en Puerto Rico, se le ve la costura desde un avi'on. Y escuelas creando "sacerdotes y sacerdotisas" con unos egos tan elevados, que podr'ian darles clases a los mismos Dioses, y se creer'ian meritorios de corregirles en la ense~nanzas. Personas que no le dirigen las palabras a otros, 'unica y exclusivamente porque piensan que son mejores que los dem'as...Y eso no puede ser lo espiritual...definitivamente, no puede serlo.
Y todos saben que tengo raz'on en lo que digo...es una tirantes, que uno no sabe a veces ni si saludar por temor a que Un HERMANO EN EL ARTE, te hiera o te salga con una bobera. Los que se dignan a bajar a tu nivel, porque los s'uper sacerdotes, ni se diga...Y tengo que confesar, que bajo el rayo del amor me sent'ia diferente, pero en el rayo del poder hasta el comedy le cambia a uno, y uno se coloca en posici'on defensiva.Jode lo que estoy diciendo, pero jode porque tengo raz'on...He tratado de hacer amistad con algunas personas, que me han mirado por encima del hombro, porque pertenecen a tal o cual estupidez. Personas que piensan que al ir al ba~no, el olor que emana es de Lavanda o Rosas y no el mismo que despiden los dem'as.
Y muchas veces guardo silencio, mas por disciplina que por espiritual...
Y es vergonzoso que yo como estudiante, siempre estudiante sepa, lo que los supuestos maestros deber'ian saber. Mas ellos que son maestros...
Mientras mayor sea tu conocimiento, mayor es tu responsabilidad para con el mundo, pues quien te dio el conocimiento, espera que lo utilices para el servicio de la humanidad, que al fin y al cabo deber'ia ser el motivo de un camino espiritual. El Mayor genius es el que sirve al mundo. Los nombres que resaltan y han resaltado, y resaltar'an en la humanidad, han sido los grandes servidores...No buscaron la gloria, les lleg'o porque sus acciones fueron su mejor promoci'on, y sus frutos las mejores semillas...
Ser genius, es darse...es servir...no es sentarse y ser servido...Como yo siendo estudiante lo s'e y muchos siendo "GRANDES MAESTROS" NO LO SABEN...?O en todo lo que he dicho no hay verdad?Se declaran sacerdotisas y sacerdotes de fulano y mengano...Y se creen las reencarnaciones vivas. No hay amor en la Wicca...esto es una competencia est'eril. Esto no es poder real. Esto es un espejismo de vanidad llena con prejuicios. Sal'i del cristianismo por no ser tolerantes, y caigo en la Wicca que est'a llena de todo menos de hermanos...Ll'evale la contraria a uno de estos PAPAS WICCANOS Y me contar'as su reacci'on.
Eso no puede ser lo espiritual...definitivamente no puede serlo. Eso me wisecracker, que hay Senderos M'isticos y Senderos Energ'eticos y hay que saber que uno busca en realidad. Este tipo de personas, buscan un nombre, unos seguidores, un titulo...WoW...Quiten los Dioses que ellos son suficientes....Esa actitud me hace vomitar. T'u dices ser espiritual con esa actitud. T'u dices amar a los dem'as...no...Haz lo que quieras y a nadie perjudiques...El amor no es de aqu'i...o ?s'i?Hay mucha hipocres'ia en este Sendero y puedo hablar de eso, porque todos hemos tenido que ser hip'ocritas para lidiar con la hipocres'ia de los dem'as. ?O no? De todos, solo unos pocos merecen mi respeto, los dem'as, con seguir mi camino tengo...Hay mucho que limpiar, pues es mucho lo que se ha ensuciado. Todos haci'endose pedazos por quien sabe m'as. El Wiccano necesita probar su poder...Y yo tengo ganas de querer, y que me quieran.El Wiccano desconf'ia de todos...Ustedes saben que es as'i. Basta con que alguien trate de demostrar mayor conocimiento, que se prende como cerrillos y empiezan unas guerras, que hasta celebran las desgracia de los dem'as. Aura-Soma is a very complex beautiful colour healing system created by Vicky Wall. I came across the Aura-Some Tarot at a Mind, Body and Soul expo and it brought to me train in Aura-Soma healing. I have completed two levels of my training.
Aura-Soma incorporates colour therapy/healing, herbology, aromatherapy, Kabbalah, Angels, Ascended Masters, Astrology and the Tarot. It is the most all encompassing (and confusing) system I have ever learnt.
The deck is just amazing, Pamela is such a skilled artist, there is so much detail, so much work has gone into the cards. The symbology is complex and deep.
The deck is huge! There are 106 cards to correspond with the number of Aura-Soma bottles.
The cards are:
0-22 - The Major Arcana
23-49 - The Minor Arcana
50-64 - Ascended Masters (also minor Arcana)
65-78 - The Minor Arcana
79-99 - Major Arcana - Return Journey) - Beginning of the Archangels
100-105 Archangels
The cards are quite big and the card stock is thick. I have the set that has the Aura-Soma bottles on the back side. Which means when you are giving readings you are able to ad the Aura-Soma meanings into it if you have some knowledge in them. You can just use the 78 cards like a normal Tarot deck and even use the return journey Major Arcana if you want to.
The return Journey of the Major Arcana builds on the Fools Journey, it is the higher journey of the Major Arcana.
There is also a guide book that you can get with the deck, which I would highly recommend if you are going to work with the deck. You can of course just use the deck intuitively but the artist has gone to a lot of trouble and effort to enrich the deck for users. (I have not taken a photo of the guide book) The book also has some Tarot spreads and the front and back covers have colour pictures of the Major Arcana's (and the return journey) astrological correspondences.

When I was in high school, a friend and I took a trip from our home in the Comforting Northwest to Southern California. Neither of us had any money, so we traveled via bus (Greyhound).
