Seguimos dando a conocer la labor de nuestro Wiccanos de habla hispana, y como seguimos multiplic'andonos; y le toc'o el turno al Ministerio Ortawa de nuestra brujita amiga Amasonais Rivera. Pero dejemos que sea ella la que explique que es el Ministerio Ortawa.
"Somos un grupo de tradici'on Wicca/Ecl'ectica en crecimiento con base en Puerto Rico. Nuestra Misi'on es proveer un espacio espiritual donde se le pueda ofrecer el debido respeto y adoraci'on a la naturaleza, los grandes esp'iritus, el universo y al trabajo sacro de la magia. Tambi'en es nuestra misi'on brindarle el conocimiento y la experiencia Wicca a todo aquel que desee aprender, practicar con seria devoci'on y profesionalismo o simplemente conocer hermanos en la fe con mutuo respecto y seriedad. Celebramos todos los festivales de la Rueda del a~no, en adici'on a los sabbats y esbats y hemos sido reconocidos por nuestras ceremonias de Luna Nueva o Novi-lunios. Tambi'en ofrecemos charlas y talleres para promover el estudio y el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades y vertientes espirituales.
Por ahora, estamos trabajando en semi-privado, ya que para nuestras actividades estamos trabajando con listas de invitados, pero tambi'en nos desempe~namos en las actividades p'ublicas y de servicio a la comunidad y en futuro cercano podr'iamos estar incursionando en el campo de las ceremonias abiertas y desenvolvi'endonos m'as en los trabajos con la comunidad. Tambi'en estamos al acceso del p'ublico a trav'es de la Internet en nuestro grupo de facebook y ya muy pronto estaremos inaugurando nuestra p'agina oficial de Internet.

Y la Tierra es un punto key de este Cambio, pues cuando la Tierra entra en la Luz Dorada de la Conciencia Cr'istica C'osmica, tambi'en se abre a su destino como un patr'on o dise~no para la futura "Galaxia Dorada" que est'a naciendo en su Galaxia "V'ia L'actea", como ustedes la llaman. Nosotros preferimos llamarla la "Galaxia de la Rosa Dorada", porque es en eso que se est'a convirtiendo, la Rosa Dorada en el centro del Loto C'osmico de Luz.Pero eso ser'a en el futuro, el sendero m'as all'a del 2013, cuando la Tierra se abra a su Destino. En este a~no 2012 ustedes abrir'an el Puente Arco Iris y cruzar'an hacia la Sexta y S'eptima Dimensi'on de la Conciencia Elevated. En la Puerta del Le'on en Agosto, estar'an listos para acceder a la octava y novena dimensi'on, donde entrar'an en la Conciencia de los "Consejos de Luz de los Guardianes de la Tierra", aquellos que mantienen al planeta en la Luz, y gu'ian y determinan su rumbo futuro y manifiestan las nuevas estructuras y patrones.Queridos, este a~no ser'a el "Gran Cruce", y les decimos - !Ya est'a hecho! El hermoso y sincero trabajo de amor que tantos de ustedes han hecho en los 'ultimos a~nos ha creado una Familia de Luz "esencial", una Comunidad de Luz que mantiene la Luz en las Rejillas Cristalinas y lleva a la Tierra en la Luz Dorada de la Conciencia Cr'istica C'osmica, mientras se alinea con el Coraz'on Diamante del Concept.Queridos, es sin duda un momento para celebrar - !un Nuevo A~no, una Nueva Era, una Nueva Tierra y una Nueva Galaxia que est'a naciendo!EL PUENTE ARCO IRIS Y LAS DIMENSIONES SUPERIORES DE LUZQueridos, aquello que llamamos el Puente Arco Iris es el Camino de Luz a las Dimensiones Superiores del Planeta Tierra. I was introduced to Heidi's artwork and tarot deck project from DevianArt and her work gained a lot of popularity. There are not a lot of decks that are created entirely from stock photos and CGI that even seem real or that don't have very obvious lines as I have found this technique can make a lot of the characters faces look a very angular and non human. With the progression of Heidi's work you can clearly see that her skill with her chosen medium increased and it is really lovely that that there are a lot of people now taking to making their own decks.
The suits in this deck are pentacles - earth, swords - air, wands - fire and cups - water. The design on the back of the cards has a double moon with a ladies face profiled onto them. The border is in a dark cream parchment style and there is an extra watermark on each of the cards inside the border, which gives the impression that you are you are peering into a pool of water to see the images. This can be a little distracting but works so well on some of the cards such as the moon card or anything that has water like colours.
So my first working with the tarot deck was to see what is going to be happening in the next season. It is a waxing moon after the Spring Solstice and the right time to see what the remainder of the year is going to be like. The tarot spread I used for this reading is the simple 3 card spread. Card one represents the past, card two the present and card three the future.

Being caught up in matter of the physical realm and ties to anything addictive or an obsession.

Memorandum re "Stipend"
1. Originally the idea was to dash off a pack of cards from (a) the
elaborate "Equinox" descriptions (b) mediaeval packs, as The Equinox
did not describe the 22 Trumps. We thought that a day apiece would
be enough for the 40 small cards; two days apiece for the 16 court
cards and 11 weeks for the 22 Trumps. This was thought to be an
outside estimate--say 6 months in all, allowing for holidays &
interruptions.
2. The "Stipend" [L]2 weekly had nothing to do with my work on the
Tarot, which was practically a full-time job. It was to cover my
doing shopping and odd commissions for her--in many cases I paid the
cost out of my own pocket. But principally it was to use me as a
tame "Brains Trust".
I instructed her in astronomy and astrology, mysticism, Yoga,
geometry, algebra, history, literture, chemistry and what not.
I even criticised--very fruitfully--her own efforts at
painting.
"This work, carried out sometimes by correspondence--very
voluminous--sometimes by direct verbal instruction, had nothing to
do with my Tarot work, which was entirely covered by my 2/3 interest
in the property.

SOCIETY OF HIDDEN MASTERS
Dear Sir
For many years we have watched your career with benevolent
interest; wile we have been unable to approve many of your
activities in particular your policy of revealing secret knowledge
which we consider dangerous if in the possession of untrained and
uninitiated people. We have always respected your passionate
integrity, your fanatical (and in our opinion, indiscreet) love of
Truth.
I our view, this mistaken policy has been responsible for many
of your own personal mishaps. For this reason we re surprised that
you should acquiesce, even by silence, in so blatant and impudent a
hoax as the exhibition of Tarot Cards at the Royal Society of
Painters in Water Colours, 26/7 Conduit Street, W.1. beginning 4th
August 1942.
We hereby challenge you to deny any of the statements here
following:--
1. During the winter of 1898/9 you were entrusted by the Order of
A..A.. with the Secret Lecture on the Tarot, giving the initiated
attributions.
2. You published these attributions at the command of the Secret
Chiefs of the order in a Book of Reference numbered 777 in 1909.
3. You issued the Official Lecture of the Order on the Tarot, in the
Equinox Vol. I Nos VII and VIII, March and September 1912.
4. You have made the Tarot your continual study and used it daily,
since the Winter of 1898/9.
5. You have made the Tarot the skeleton or schema of all your
writings on mystical and magical subjects. We would instance
particularly "Ambrosia", "Magi Hortus Rosarum" (The Wake-World),
"The Vision and the Voice", "Theory and Practice of Magick".
6. You have been recognized everywhere in Europe and America (even,
to a less extent, in India) as the supreme Authority on the Tarot;
that is, by serious students of the subject.
7. You have contemplated the construction and publication of a
properly designed and executed pack, based on the Equinox
information ever since the issue of the grotesque and falsified
parody which appeared under the auspices of the later A.E. Waite.
6. In a series of conversations in 1937 beginning at Mr. Clifford
Bax' chambers in Albany St., W.1., you suggested to Lady Harris that
she might be able to carry out this work. Although she very rightly
protested that her knowledge of the subject hardly extended beyond
the name, you, with the imbecile optimism characteristic of you,
persuaded her that the descriptions of the cards given in the
Equinox would be sufficient guide, and persuaded her to make the
attempt.
9. It became obvious almost at once that the Equinox designs were
artistically impracticable. Lady Harris very properly asked you to
take the whole subject in hand ab ovo esque ad umbilicum. You
thereupon agreed to devote your whole knowledge to the work of
designing an entirely original pack of cards, incorporating the
results of your 39 years of constant study of the subject with your
profound--if at times unacceptably unorthodox--knowledge of
comparative religion, mathematical physics, philosophy and Magick.
Also nthat you should compose a Treatise explaining the subject in
full. It appears from a notice in the Exhibition that there is a
proposal to publish the cards as a pack without this book. To do so
would limit their use to fortune-telling, a form of fraud against
which you have constantly set your face your whole life long. We
refuse to believe that you have now consented to prostitute the
Sacred Wisdom of Thoth to this base and dishonest purpose and we
insist upon this point being made clear.
10. On May 11, 1938, Lady Harris became officially your disciple,
and was permitted to affiliate to the other Order of which you are
Head, the O.T.O.
11. You made an agreement with Lady Harris by which you were to have
a 66 2/3% interest in the work.
12. For the next four years approximately, Lady Harris prepared
water-colours of the cards. She did this from your rough sketches
and descriptions under your continual direction, subject to your
constant and repeated corrections. In some cases you made her redraw
and re-paint a card which you found unsatisfactory as many as five
or six times. She has, when left to herself, no sense of dignify or
congruity; one of us has seen some attempts which you rejected, for
instance, her ideal figure for "The Fool", the Holy Ghost, was Harpo
Marx. Did you really pass this and Trump I? She gave the Sphinx in
Trump X a French cabahy sabre! And her first conception of "The Lord
of the Winds and the Breezes; the King of the Spirits of the Air",
was a clown in plate armour, waving rapier and dagger, sprawling
over a demented nag, diving through a paper screen in a circus!
13. You left Lady Harris a comparatively free hand in respect of
insignificant details; but at no time did she contribute a single
idea of any kind to any card, and she is in fact almost as ignorant
of the Tarot and its true meaning and use as when she began. We
cannow however, blame you for this.
14. You have followed with as much fidelity as was possible the
traditional designs of the mediaeval packs; but you have notably
enriched and revivified some of them, especially the Trumps, with
your scholarship, as observed above in paragraph 9.
15. In every trump you have not only incorporated symbols
illustrating the doctrines of Payne Knight, Hargrave Jennings,
Arthur Eddington, J.G. Frazer, Bertrand Russell, J.W.N. Sullivan,
Eliphaz Levi and how many others! --but introduced very many ideas
purely personal to yourself and based on your own personal magical
experience--see "The Vision and the Voice", "The Paris Working" etc.
16. In certain cases, in order to make sure that your doctrine of
the New Aeon is clearly manifest as the spiritual-magical basis of
the whole work, you have given new names to the cards. Notably
Trumps XI, XIV, and numerous "small" cards. You have made the final
correction to the attributions--Trumps IV and XVII, according to the
Book fo the Law given to you in Cairo April 8, 9, and 10 1904. You
have used "The Stele of Revealing" (see "The Book of the Law" Chap.
I 49, III 19) to replace "The Last Judgment" (Trump XX) to affirm
the supersession of the Aeon of Osiris the Dying God by that of
Horus the Crowned and Conquering Child. The entire composition is
soaked in and reeks of your own private and personal point of view
with regard to Magick.
17. You undertook this Work with two main motives:--
1. That it should serve as a Magical Atlas of and Guide to the
Universe, for this "New Aeon of Horus", that is, for the next
2,000 years.
2. That its undeniable beauty and majesty should be an
intelligible vindication of the whole of your life's work.
You rightly foresaw that sooner or later it would be clear
that you are the sole responsible author of the Work and Lady
Harris only your more or less docile and intelligent
instrument.
18. You and Lady Harris were at first agreed that the Work should be
put forth anonymously. She wrote to a friend "I intend to remain
anonymous when the cards are shown". You had, of course, pointed out
that any student of the subject would recognise your authorship at a
glance.
19. Too well aware that in the past your work has been stolen and
exploited by unscrupulous rascals and also that doctrinal argument
of a lightly technical kind may all too frequently prove rather hard
for a jury, you took the precaution of introducing certain symbols
into the designs of susch a character that the most stupid would be
compelled to acknowledge your authorship of the Work.
Your conduct is abominable and inexcusable to allow Lady Harris
to issue a catalogue crammed with the grossest errors of fact,
blunders of scholarsip, irrelevancies and absurdities; to allow her
to make herself the laughing-stock of London by larying claim to the
authorship of pictures of which all artists know her to be utterly
incapable, her work having been that of a wealthy amateur persistent
enough to acquire a good technique but with no personality, no
"message" groping in Bloomsbury forgs for the parasitic adulation of
a gaggle of sycophants.
We can understand your passionate wish to get these cards
exhibited, even by a subterfuge, but you had no right to sacrifice
Lady Harris and you have no right to lend yourself, even by silence
to the perpetration of a hoax transparent and nausient as it must
naturally be, which affects the honour of the Fraternity of Art and
Letters.
We repeat that we are surprised; for whatever your faults, you
have always been honourable and truthful with more than ancient
Roman rigour. You must speak now.

A significant astronomical-earthgrid resonance occurs on the New Moon of April 3, 2011 at the exact location of the March 11, 2011 Magnitude 9.0 Earthquake and Tsunami.
The Earth Meridians of the April 3, 2011 New Moon are 37W14 (New Moon-MC) and 142E46 (New Moon-IC).
142E46 is just off the coast of Japan on the ring of fire, near exact to the meridian of
the 9.0 earthquake, which was at 142E22.
That means a New-Moon-Jupiter-IC and a Saturn-MC occurs at the Japan quake location. Also, at that latitude (38N20 ), the Lunar Nodes will be on the ASC-DSC (chart below).
Whether this resonance will trigger additional or significant seismic activity is of course unknown, however taking any precautionary measures certainly would be wise.

This is an incredibly significant and extremely potent lunar cycle. The New Moon of April 3, 2011 occurs in sidereal Pisces amongst a stellium of planets, including Mars, Uranus, Jupiter, Eris and Mercury, all in sidereal Pisces. The New Moon aspects the two largest and most influential planets in our solar system. The New Moon conjoins mobilizing and expansive Jupiter and it lies opposite imposing Saturn, which marks the beginning of a new 378-day Earth-Saturn synodic cycle. Saturn, in sidereal Virgo and conjoining the stars of Corvus, the Raven Messenger, demands we heed and respond to the signs expressing through the natural world around us. This Lunar Cycle impels expansive change and transformation on a grand scale, within our personal lives and in our societal structure. The New Moon conjoins Alpheratz, the head of Princess Andromeda, and Alderamin, the Alpha star of King Cepheus. Chart Observations: The entire New Moon stellium (Mars-Uranus, Sun, Moon, Jupiter, Eris and Mercury creates the location's foundational resonance (IC); with Saturn on the Media Colli (Midheaven MC). The Lunar Nodes (always significant in Astronomical Earthgrid mapping), are aligned with the location's Horizon (ASC-DSC axis). Mercury acts as an additional trigger. Mercury creates a 120^0 harmonic to the location's Ascendant (ASC).
A New Moon always places the POF ( Arabic Part of Fortune) on the ASC, thus it conjoins the Lunar North Node as well, which is extremely signifcant. The POF is a mathematical point in the ecliptic (a spacetime harmonic) that relates the lunar phase partile (Sun-Moon angle), which defines where we are in the lunar cycle (time), with the horizon plane of a location (space). The POF will always be the same angular distance from the ASC as the Moon is from the Sun.

INTRODUCTION
I began evolving what I call "Astronomical Earthgrid Spacetime Mapping" in the mid-1980s. At the time my focus was mapping when and where portals (opportunities) in consciousness opened on the Earth for heightened awareness and experience. I was mapping Astronomical Earthgrid resonances surrounding specific events and within specific time frames, as well as when and where portals were active at a personal level. Unlike basic astro-cartography, which of course has great value, my interest was delving a bit more in depth into this art-science. At its simplest level, this includes when and where the "local cross" of a location (or person) creates primary harmonic relationships with "Earth's Precessional Cross" (The two crosses are defined below.) This geometry becomes activate by a series of additional conditions (planetary alignments, lunar occurrences, etc.).
I soon became aware that seismic and other geophysical events coincided with my mapping process. The first significant observations occurred as I was mapping astronomical alignments in October and November of 1989. As I began to explore, If became clear that a primary window was opening on the New Moon of September 29 and would continue through October and into mid-November involving Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune, with a midway trigger occurring on Oct 17 created by Mercury, and a final trigger on Nov 9 through the 14 created by Venus. As it turned out, the California Loma Prieta 7.1 earthquake occurred on Oct 17, and the Berlin Wall was opened on November 9.
THE MAPPING PROCESS
Basically we are looking for geometries in the ecliptic (created by planetary aspects) that are either on the "angles," or in aspect to the angles, for any given spacetime moment (event-location).
The four primary "angles" are the ASC, DSC, MC and IC. The ASC-DSC axis in the ecliptic is defined by the intersection of a location's "horizon plane" and the "ecliptic plane." This axis changes with time and the location's latitude (and is the horizontal axis in an astrological chart). The Horizon plane is basically the local equatorial plane of any given location on the Earth--the plane perpendicular to the Zenith-Nadir of the location. It can be thought of as the horizontal plane of experience for a location.
The MC-IC axis is defined by the intersection of the location's "meridian" (Earth longitude) and the ecliptic. This axis changes with time and the location's longitude.
These two axes create a location's "Local Cross." The angular relationship between the MC-IC axis and the ASC-DSC axis also changes with time and location. Thus we can have independent harmonic geometries (sets of planetary aspects) aspecting both the location's horizon plane (ASC-DSC) and the location's meridian (MC-IC). A circular astrology chart (equal house) makes it easy to see these geometries. When we realize that harmonic resonances are esablished in the geometry of spherical astronomy, we come to understand the science behind Earthgrid Mapping and geophysical resonances (as well as that behind astrology and the evolution of human consciousness).

The MC-IC / ASC-DSC ecliptical axes, which comprises the "Local Cross" of any given spacetime moment, nests within another ecliptical cross created by galactic equatorial axis and the vernal axis. This is "Earth's Precessional Cross" (or Holy Cross). The galactic axis is fixed in the ecliptic and is defined by the intersection of the ecliptic plane and the galactic plane (GEN-aGEN). The vernal axis is created by the intersection of Earth's equatorial plane (celestial equator) and the ecliptic plane. The vernal axis moves in the ecliptic in relation to the galactic axis due to Earth's ~25,000-year precessional cycle. The vernal axis is square the galactic axis at this time in Earth's precessional cycle This is discussed in detail on the "Earth's Precessional Cross" and " Sidereal Astrology" web pages. Aspects to the Local Cross AND Earth's Precessional Cross are both of significance in Astronomical Earthgrid Spacetime Mapping as are the angular relationships of the two crosses; especially when they align or aspect each other. The Local Cross defines the punctual moment occurring in spacetime, which nests within the Precessional Cross, which is the timepiece that reveals where we reside in a much longer evolutionary cycle. THE BASIC CONSIDERATIONS
Before mapping any specific location, it helps to take note of any significant planetary alignments (aspects) that are in process (independent of location)--something easily seen in a graphic ephemeris). This is helpful when not already knowing a location, and helps to reveal which planets to look for that may become angular.
The first thing to look for is local cross aspects with longer standing planetary configurations created by the outer orbiting planets; e.g., Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto..., (those that maintain their aspects due to the slow orbital rates of these planets). The outer planets create longer standing resonances.
Aspects with the faster moving planets are next, esp. Mercury, which act as the next level triggers to the longer-term aspects.
Sun and Moon aspects follow; especially when leading into a lunar phase shift (in the "crescendo" of a lunar phase transition. This is very significant. Generally, major events occur in the crescendo of a lunar phase transition. Actually, this is true for planetary aspects as well. The crescendo of any planetary aspect, just as the aspect is building, during which there is a harmonic compression wave, creates a more potent energetic. A relaxation occurs after the aspect at which time the aspect is not as much of a consideration. The crescendo of a lunar phase transition is the 24 hours leading into the phase shift. The crescendo of planetary aspects intenisfies as the orb gets tighter (3^0 to 1^0 to exact).
Generally, the active orb surrounding an "angle" (MC, IC, ASC, DSC) is +/-7^0 (which is called the "immediate foreground" of an angle); however, stronger resonances start to occur at +/-3^0 and even more so at +/-1^0.
Next to look for are aspects with the Lunar Nodes--also of significance during major Earthgrid resonances.
Finally planetary aspects with the POF (the Arabic Part of Fortune) narrows the time to within minutes if not seconds. The POF is a mathematical point (a spacetime harmonic) in the ecliptic that relates the lunar phase partile (Sun-Moon angle), which defines where we are in the lunar cycle (time), with the horizon plane of a location (space). The POF will always be the same angular distance from the ASC as the Moon is from the Sun.
An additional and significant thing to consider is when the Moon is near or at its "perigee" (when the Moon is closest to Earth. The lunar perigee / seismic relationship has been published by geologist and seismic predictor Jim Berkland. More significantly to consider is when the Lunar Perigee coincides with a Lunar Phase shift (New Moon, Full Moon, eclipse, etc); or a significant angular planetary placement. Above are the basics. There are other planes, and intersecting nodes created by those planes, in spherical astronomy to consider in more advance mapping, especially when mapping a person's energetic upon the entire Earth. In addition to the 30^0 and 45^0 aspect families, the quinitle family (72^0, 144^0) is also significant in Earthgrid Mapping.

Due to a bit of a slow start this week and the amount of work I have I am just going to post the pictures I took for these decks without separate reviews. I think it is helpful to see what the pack, cards and card backings look like when you think you are going to purchase a deck. These are some of my older ones.

In non Tarot related news I am also eagerly awaiting my battery grip :)
I utterly refuse to go to China in September for work without a super wide angle lens and I can also imagine that it would be awesome when I go down south to see my friends in Albany and New Zealand next year.....*sigh*. My new lighter tripod is doing well, very happy about that little purchase. I am however now on the strictest budget ever thanks to my spending. Thank God for Ebay.
