INGREDIENTS:
* 2 eggs* Pinch of salt & pepper
* 1 tablespoon milk
* 2 slices of bread
* 2 tablespoons oil, butter or lard
INSTRUCTIONS:
* Beat the eggs lightly and season with salt & pepper
* Add the milk
* Soak the bread slices in the mixture
* Heat the oil, butter or lard in a frying pan and when hot add the soaked bread
* Fry until crisp, turning occasionally.
